I spy something small and white!

Well, that is a no brainer for anyone who has seen Jacob for any amount of time. He has been drooling, slobbering and mouthing any and everything since July (3 mo. olds).



Today I had the first true signs that all of Jacob's hard work is paying off. He attacked my ankle today...something felt a bit scratchy. With much resistance, Jacob finally allowed me to take a peek inside his sweet mouth. There are two teeth ready to burst through is gums. The left tooth can be felt as sharp and rigid. The right tooth can be seen as a white line ready to emerge.



That probably explains all the nights of restless sleep, tummy problems, and all night nursing sessions in the past two weeks. I was beginning to wonder what happened to my great sleeper (Jacob has been sleeping through the night since 6 weeks).



I will post pictures, if he lets me take a picture, of his pearly whites once they make an appearance.
