Random tidbits for Sunday

Jacob has had a fever since Thursday. As I type, Justin is picking him up from his nap. He is crying a little, when Justin appeared through Jacob's big tears, the whimpers stopped. Not sure why Jacob has had a fever. At first I thought it may be from teething, but his fever spiked this morning. Yesterday his fever broke, so we took him to our local pool for ten minutes in the evening. He began feeling warm again. This is the same pool we had swim lessons at the past two weeks. After seeing the pool crowded, I am hoping his illness is not from the pool. I will post more on that AFTER I speak with whoever manages the pool tomorrow.

It sounds as if his fever may be back up. The boys are quiet. Jacob is usually very cuddly and talkative immediately upon waking. Very quiet. Maybe Justin put him back to sleep. Not sure. As long as I am quiet, too, then I can have more Mommy blogging time.

I do need to speed away from the computer, though. I have tempted Justin with tonight's dinner menu of Chicken-Avocado Wraps, Melon Slices, and Chocolate Meringue pie. My chicken wrap idea is copied from Red Robin's Turkey Wrap, which I always order with grilled chicken instead of the menu listed turkey. Yummy! If you ask nicely, I will post my recipe for the wraps later in the week.
