I never posted details about our 36/37 weeks sono. I went alone with Jacob. We went in, watched the baby, and then went to the patient room. My doctor came in and said my amniotic levels were low. Lots of rest and down fluids were ordered. Over the weekend, we finished little projects around the house and prepared for a possible induction. Justin went back with me the following Tuesday. My doctor walked in and said, "They are yucky. Just plain yucky!" Her levels were lower. More rest and more fluids were ordered. We were to come back Thursday morning for another test. If we did not raise her amniotic levels to at least a 7 then we faced inducing. We went back Thursday morning and her levels were at an eight. That was great news! We still needed to come back on Monday for another check. If it ever drops below an eight, then we face induction. On Friday, as some of you may have read, I was not sure if my water broke or if Mommy just had an accident. It turned out to be an accident. We went to triage that night just in case since I had light contractions every 3-5 minutes. Contractions were stronger and tighter than previous weeks with Braxton Hicks. Anywho, they became spread apart and harder on Saturday and by Sunday Noon they were gone. Monday, Jacob and I went to the doctor. Her levels were at a ten! That was perfect. My doctor said to come back Friday, but thought we could sail all the way to our due date without induction. Yeah! Thank you to all who have prayed for us. God is so good, even if the levels had never come up.
