Overstuffed

This is it...my book of recipes from online, magazine pulls and my own creations.  It is getting a makeover, and after punching holes in a zillion papers, it may get a new home.

How do you store your recipes?  Do you write them a card?  Use a book like this?  Do you sort into categories?  Do tell!
